How to Redeem Your $400 NEA Climate Voucher

We will accept the NEA Climate Voucher for in-person redemptions only, applicable to purchases made at our showroom, roadshows, or exhibitions from 25 May 2026 onwards.

Redemption will be processed on-site by our staff at the point of purchase.

You may redeem any amount (up to $400) using the voucher. Any remaining balance must be paid via other payment methods.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. A maximum of $400 in Climate Vouchers may be used in a single receipt.
  2. Climate Vouchers from different households may not be combined in a single transaction. The $300 and $100 vouchers belonging to the same household may be combined.
  3. Vouchers must be presented in person at the showroom, roadshows, events or exhibitions.
  4. ⁠Vouchers shared via WhatsApp, SMS, video call, or any other messaging or online platform will not be accepted.
  5. No change will be provided if the voucher value exceeds the purchase amount. Any excess voucher value used will be forfeited.
  6. Climate Vouchers are not refundable, nor exchangeable for cash or store credit.
  7. Product exchanges are subject to the exchange policy.
  8. If an exchange is made for a product of lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
  9. Expiry Climate Vouchers expire on 31 December 2027. Any unutilised balance will be forfeited after this date.
  10. Platform Climate Vouchers are managed via RedeemSG, a whole-of-government platform for voucher issuance and tracking.
