  • A hard or soft copy of the official tax invoice is required for all warranty claims, unless the warranty was registered online prior.

  • 1-year onsite warranty if products are installed by Mowe’s installers)

Kitchen Package

  • 1-year onsite warranty

Ceiling Fans

  • 2-year warranty (service fee chargeable if installed by third party installers)

  • 2-year onsite warranty (only if installed by Mowe’s installers)

  • 10-year warranty on the DC motor

Lighting

  • 3-year warranty

Skylights

  • 3-year onsite warranty

Door Locks

  • 1-year onsite warranty unless warranty has been extended

Manual Curtains and Blinds

  • 1-year repair warranty covering manufacturer defects

Smart Curtains and Blinds

  • Motor Warranty: 5 years (1+4 years)

    • First Year: Complimentary transport, labor, and replacement

    • From 2nd to 5th Year: A labor and transport fee of $80 per trip applies

Zip System (Motor, System & Fabric)

  • Warranty Period: 5 years (1+4 years)

    • First Year: Complimentary transport, labor, and replacement

    • From 2nd to 5th Year: A labor and transport fee of $120 per trip applies

Ala Carte Purchases

  • Products purchased individually (not part of a package) come with a 1-year carry-in warranty

Free Gifts
  • Free gifts and lucky draw items are not eligible for warranty

Repair and Support Fees

Onsite Assistance for WiFi-Related Issues

  • A minimum fee of $150 (inclusive of GST) will be charged for onsite assistance required due to changes in WiFi name or password.

 

Use of Third-Party Apps

  • Smart products must be paired to the recommended iAppliances app for troubleshooting support.

  • Mowe Pte Ltd does not provide troubleshooting or backend support for devices connected to third-party apps, as these apps are not owned or maintained by us.

 

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not include:

  • Damage caused by improper use or accidental damage after delivery

  • Incorrect installation by third-party installers

  • Issues arising from external factors (e.g., power surges, environmental conditions)

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering

 

Warranty Terms on Invoice

  • The warranty duration stated on the purchase invoice will supersede the terms outlined on this website.

  • Mowe Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
