RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases of goods and services are final and non-refundable.
  • Deposits on packages are strictly non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Please ensure you review all product details and specifications before making a purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

2.1 Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Email support@mowesmarthome.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage

2.2 Resolution Process

  • If the issue is verified, we will replace or repair the product at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • We may request the return of the defective item before sending a replacement.

3. Refunds for Special Cases

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in rare special cases where a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • An administrative charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover bank transaction fees and processing costs.
  • The administrative charge will be determined based on the payment method and refund processing fees incurred.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Free Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If a defective item that was part of a promotional bundle is returned, the free gift must also be returned.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
  • Items purchased due to customer error.
  • Customized or special-order products made to customer specifications.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or bundled products.
  • Services or service-related purchases.
  • Deposits for packages or customized service plans.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects caused by our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified by Mowe Pte Ltd.
  • If a return is approved, the item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
